No. It says _link_ address is broadcast. Some machine out there is claiming
it's own Ethernet MAC is the Ethernet broadcast address (ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff).

Find that machine, and cut^Wdisconnect it's cable, fast, before it fries
your network. Then analyze.
