You could use
	http://man.NetBSD.org/man/
and add the command like:
	http://man.NetBSD.org/man/crontab
which will display crontab(1). A section can be added with +[1-8],
like:
 	http://man.NetBSD.org/man/crontab+5
 	http://man.NetBSD.org/man/crontab+1


This is used by the htdocs list2html.pl to generate links to manpages,=20
you can read it at http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/htdocs/list2html.pl
and grep for "Man page references". You can use further option like
Arch or NetBSD-version, but IMHO "command+section" is sufficient.
