At least one mp3 player and at least one photo camera
exist whose FAT16 starts at sector 0.

Since there is no mbr sector, it is not possible to
mount_msdos(8) the fs directly.

A workaround is to dump the entire sd0d to a file,
prepend a few blank sectors and make a fake mbr.
