Dear list,

lately I have been getting into some ancient games, which use IPX to power
their network games. I know that at some point the kernel had the config
option `options IPX', so after trying to enable it, it complains about
missing headers from the `netipx' directory which, indeed, is not in the
source tree.

Was IPX support ever removed from the kernel, if so why?
