 whoops... indeed the install kernel is 32bit (according to `file /netbsd`)
 but more than that, it seems to be the i386 one...
 
 I guess I just untar the wrong arch on my tftpboot directory :(
 I did re-untar the whole sparc64 distrib and all is booting well !

 sorry for this stupid mistake !
