Have a look at pkgsrc/x11/py-wxWindows

Its description says: "wxPython is a set of Python bindings for the
powerful wxWindows cross-platform GUI library."

I didn't see the "gtk" part, but I assume wxWindows uses gtk under NetBSD
platform.
