Yeah, would be interesting to know, but as long as there is time to serve
the interrupts, it will work. The CPU usage does not increase linear; I
have tested a Sparc LX routing 3096/512 kbps/s DSL and while I didn't measure
properly I think it did not use more than ~30% CPU.
