"options LARGE_NAT" should do the trick. But it seems there is a 
problem:

"options LARGE_NAT" adds -DLARGE_NAT to the commandline wich is 
overwritten by src/sys/netinet/ip_nat.h in line 33. Someone should 
remove that line to make it work.
