actually your notes on building live CD have been very helpful :)!

I have managed to eliminate the need of mounting mfs-s with union option
also your web page suggests using -r flag with mkisofs, which makes su(1)
impossible.

At the moment i have 300MB ISO(~70MB bziped) that contains base 1.6.2
system and few additional tools. No X yet tho' since my original idea was
to make very complete recovery/advanced_install CD.
