You just can't do it only using L.A.M.E. You need some cdda to wav
extractor and then use L.A.M.E. (for example, cdda2wav or cdparanoia).
If you use the GTK+ toolkit you can use a GUI for several extractors
and rippers like GRIP (http://nostatic.org/grip/) to automate the tasks.
