When I'm using 802.11 in low signal conditions, I sometimes find that
my default route has gone away. I assume that something in the kernel
has decided that the route is losing somehow, and deletes it. Is there
any way to disable that? It makes sense for learned routes, but when
the default route is the only way out -- and that's almost always the
case for me -- it's rather annoying. (My IP address and default route
are installed via dhclient.)
