Where are the system wide environment settings set? My path got changed somehow, and I'd like to change my path for all users and all shells, and do it in one place. I am having little luck in finding out where the current path is set.

I've tried...
/etc/rc.local - nothing in it
/etc/profile - nothing in it
/etc/environment - file does not exist
/sbin/sysctl user.cs_path - path in the kernel is not my path when I start a session

Is there one place to set this?

Thanks in advance,
