Have your Xsession start up a menu that then the user can use to select
the window manager. (That reminds me: I wrote a simple tool for generating
X11 dialogs, but other tools like kaptain, gdialog, Wxdialog, and
Xdialog  coule be easily used.)

Or use a display manager that offers that. x11/wdm offers a window manager
selection menu at the login.
