Hello,

Is there a mechanism on NetBSD for soft RT scheduling (e.g. POSIX.1b)?
There doesn't seem to be an implementation of sched_setscheduler() et al.
What I'm looking for is a means of declaring a regular user-space process
as "high(est)-priority, run until block, yield or preempted by
higher-priority".
