cool. how many partitions you had on that drive?

this is size in kilobytes, disklabel uses sectors = 1/2 kB

so your partition a size is 4124736

if a starts at 0, next partition will start at 4124736

BTW if you have your data here think about buying some backup device.
used SCSI DDS-1 drives cost no more than 150PLN in poland (about 35$).
avoid HP, sony, wangdat works fine. don't forget to get cleaning tape
too!!
