Is anyone aware of a 10/100 card for an ISA slot? If so, is it 
support by NetBSD?

We're using an old 486/33 box for Samba, but it's pretty slow. It 
seems to me the bottleneck is the NIC.  (All other devices on the 
network have 10/100 interfaces.)
