Should it be trying to fetch a package when all I want to do is update all
the README.html files? (I am pretty sure it never did this the last time I
did built new README.html files a couple months ago.)

Also, if I do a "make readme", I get message that it can't cd into the
pkgsrc/packages directory. And, in fact, it is gone! (It did exist
previously according to locate.)

Any ideas?

Is there some file I should update?

Where is this documented? Or where should this be documented so I can
send-pr?

Thanks,
