I need to grab a pcmcia network card for a few machines (mostly for a laptop
I want to load 1.4 on), as well as to use for some
utility/debugging/troubleshooting/dig myself out of a ditch purposes. Can
anyone recommend a readily available, good "utility" card for this? By
"utility" I mean the most stable, reliable card (kind of like a having a
generic NCR or Adaptec SCSI card - you just know that it'll work almost
everywhere with everything). The 3c589s seem hard to find, as does an
ne2000.
