NE2000 cards are typically "bad" because clones never can seem to make
ones that don't break when you set I/O to other-than-0x340.

I happened to pick up a nice one (Compex), but it's a pseudo-bus-mastering
card that might get grumpy if I put in more than 16M on my ISA system.

I'd shoot for the 3com card if buying another one.
