After sucessfully installing NetBSD-1.0 on a system, I moved on to try and
get the UUCP and SLIP working. I usually start out with 'tip'. But, this
time tip hangs for a while and says 'link down.' Kermit just hangs!

I let uucico do it's thing to see what error I'd get back. It dialed out and
appeared to be working O.K.! ??? However, in the process of downloading stuff
UUCP, I had the debug flag turned on -x4. Tons of stuff was coming across bad.
Or what appeared to be. Then the whole machine would hang.

I suspect that whatever is blocking tip, is interfering with UUCP, eventhough
UUCP appears to work somewhat. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
