I grabbed the latest tar files and patches the other day from
NetBSD.rmit.edu.au and while patches/README mentioned
patch_{00,01,02,03} only patch_{00,01} were present.

I checked again today and they were still missing, ftp.iastate.edu was
the same. 

gatekeeper had the patches though....
