Subject: MG-486DX2-66MHz does not read File System floppy

I have a MG-486DX2-66MHz board with AHA 1542A
It does not read File System floppy. After the message it reads not the
second floppy after kernel floppy. If i push any key on keyoard I am
getting

 entry point=3D0x20

Could someone help: Where is the problem?
