Well, not 100% positive this is the correct list (the archives show that 
the port-mac68k list is pretty dead and there's no maintainer) but here 
goes:

I recently installed netbsd-mac68k 3.0.  There doesn't seem to be any 
pre-built packages available for it, so I figured "Well, it's easy 
enough to do a ``make package'' then install from the package.  Whom 
would I speak to regarding submitting the packages to be available to 
other new users?

As a last-minute "maybe it's better over here",  I've cc'd netbsd-ports.
