There are a number of wlan APs and routeres @ 100$, these use Linux, and you may install your own flavour, e.g. sveasoft. 

I have a Linksys WRT54G and a Fujitsu Siemens AP300RT USB.

It is my opinion that I cannot install NetBSD in any of these myself. I would prefer the FS as it can use a cheaper external antenna.
