The CPU itself shouldn't be a problem, I've ran NetBSD for quite some time
on a Cyrix system myself. I cannot comment on the additional devices, but
they sound pretty standard.

For a start I recommend trying a Boot floppy (set) and see what happens.
(Install floppies don't include sound though!)
