The case of eval boards is a little different ... eval boards aren't
really used like normal "workstation" type hardware, and eval boards
are often just "wire up all the devices on the companion I/O chip
we're showing off". Eval board ports tend to be used as a building
block for embedded system ports, as well. That is, eval board ports
are more like "libraries" and example uses of the "library".
