StrongARM is supported for long time, first to use it was the port to
the Digital (now Compaq) Shark, the NetBSD port is arm32. The iPaq is
covered by hpcarm port, see http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/hpcarm/.

Given that this is similar to the Ultra 5(?) I think it shouldn't be too
hard, but I don't know if it is. Asking on port-sparc64@netbsd.org should
give you an authoritative answer.
