I searched the list archive, and the only mentions to an SGI port
I could find were:

  1) it's one of the larger noticably missing supported platforms
  2) it probably hasn't been done because of lack of documentation

Has anyone ever attempted a port? Does anyone have plans to attempt
a port? Is there general interest in such a port? 

What sort of hardware documentation would be needed for a port?
