Well, I only bought a copy from them, but you can check out their homepage
at http://www.demon.co.uk/bit17/
The CD is called "Gateway II". ALternatively, the guy who got it all together
is Markus Illenseer <markus@server.peacock.de>, so you could always drop him
a line about it. I think that the CD is also mentioned on the NetBSD homepage-
check out http://www.netbsd.org/Sites/cdroms.html
