I've updated the NetBSD.PowerPC.AOUT toolchain on:

	ftp.ci.com.au:pub/clayton/README.binutils
	ftp.ci.com.au:pub/clayton/README.gcc
	ftp.ci.com.au:pub/clayton/gcc-2.6.2+ppc-aout-0.014.diff.gz
	ftp.ci.com.au:pub/clayton/binutils-2.5.2+nbsd-0.014.diff.gz

to fix some minor bugs that stopped it compiling a clayton lib.

I've also kicked out patches to lib/include/sys that allow a clayton
(pre-preliminary) lib to be built.  These are mainly available as a FYI.
 They will be updated again once I've switched over to the post 1.0,
current tree .....
