Senior IP Network Engineer - Yahoo! Inc.

Unfortunately not strictly NetBSD related, but since NetBSD people are
smart people and probably would enjoy working in the given environment,
and we are dealing with a number of other BSD flavors or variants...

Yahoo! is looking for a Senior IP Network Engineer, focus on Load
Balancer technologies.  The full job posting is as follows:

Provide support and direction for L4-7 technologies related to Yahoo!'s
production properties worldwide. Maintain a high-level of expertise on
current and emerging L4-7 technologies. Work closely with developers and
operations staff to design, plan, implement, and validate solutions.
Participate in a 24x7 oncall rotation. Must be able to work
independently and also in a team environment with flexible availability.
Expert troubleshooting skills are required.

Qualifications for Senior IP Network Engineer:
5+ years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of Layer 4-7 loadbalancing and ssl acceleration
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and various vendors' implementations

Experience with:
Load Balancers (Brocade Foundry ServerIron, Citrix Netscaler, F5, Cisco
ACE/CSS)
Network Operating Systems (IOS, CatOS, JunOS)
Network Protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, 802.1d/p/q/s/w, LACP)
Server Operating Systems and Internet Software (FreeBSD, Linux, Apache)
Traffic Generators (Ixia, Spirent/Smartbits)
Network management (mrtg/rrd, cflow/sflow, snmp)
Sniffers and Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, ethereal, SnifferPro)
Scripting (Perl, Expect, TCL/tk)
IP Multicast

Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem
management skills
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
