i'm trying to attach a hard disk to my scsi bus, and it's saying this:
sd2 at scsibus0 target 4 lun 0: <SEAGATE, ST31200N SUN1.05, 8564>
disk fixed
sd2(esp0:0:4:0): Check Condition on CDB: 0x00 00 00 00 00 00
SENSE KEY: Not Ready
ASC/ASCQ: Logical Unit Not Ready, Initialization Command Required
FRU CODE: 0x1
I know what i have to do (initialise the device) but i have no idea
how to do so. What command do you use to send an initialize command
to a SCSI device?
thanks in advance,
Isaac
# unzip ; strip ; touch ; finger ; mount ; fsck ; more ; yes ;
umount ; sleep
All parts should go together without forcing. You must remember that
the
parts you are reassembling were disassembled by you. Therefore, if you
can't get them together again, there must be a reason. By all means, do
not use a hammer.
