This laptop uses an Insyde BIOS which implements ACPI in a broken way,
so I don't think this makes sense. I did however try to enable APM
instead, as I know that this works fine with this BIOS. Didn't change
anything, though.
And I fail to understand what the relationship with ACPI is, but while
browsing trough the kernel config file I failed to understand quite a
lot of that ;-)
Never mind, the time I had available to try NetBSD is almost gone. I'll
try again at some later time.
Regards to all.
