Subject: Not able to have ">" or "<"

    Hi everybody.
    I run NetBSD 3.0 on a Toshiba Satellite.  I can't get ">" neither 
"<". Both are on the same touch ( I wonder if it's the right word in 
english ).
    I guess I could also say there is a touch that doesn't work.
    Does someone have an idea ?
