You can use the 2.1 binary packages, they will work on 2.0.2

Basically:
setenv CVS_RSH ssh
cvs -d anoncvs@anoncvs.netbsd.org:/cvsroot co -P -r pkgsrc-2005Q4 pkgsrc
cd pkgsrc/www/apache2
make install && make clean
