Hey,

Most locale's seem to be ignored for now. Things like LC_TIME make the 
life of a webdeveloper a lot easier for sure, and I think other locale's 
may come in handy too. Looking at the list I see the request for locales 
show up every now and then, but is there actually anything being done, 
or is it just plain dead?

Anyone an idea ?
