Someone queried me in Esperanto as to the BSD equivalent of
Linux's LC_COLLATE files which, apparently, alphabetizes
any number of languages.

I found such files, but only under Linux emul. I'm sure that
is not what is being asked about.

I had never bothered trying to collate Esperanto under
NetBSD. I'd likely write a Perl script if I needed such. But
the requester is asking about something natively BSD-ish.

Any clues? I'll translate for the requester if someone
can point me in the right direction.
