Hello,
im trying to install NetBSD 2.0 on a intel server with
Intel SE7210TP1 Mainboard, Intel SRCL14L Raidcontroller with 64 MB
Cache an three 160 GB SATA Drives configured as Raid 5.
If i use the whole disk the creating of the Filesystem hangs to the
end.
If i use only 10 GB for NetBSD, the buliding of the filesystem
finished correct. But if i try to install software, the unpacking of
the kernel-package or sometimes the basic-package stops with kernel-
panic and the output is:
panic: lockmgr: locking against myself
stopped in pid 12.1 (ioflash) at 0xc02B68e:leave
Did anyone have a similar problem? How can i solve this?
Does anyone use the the Raidcontoller an Raid 5 with success?
I used the iso-image for installing and tried ftp-installing, but the
problem is the same. The Raid works correct. Debian-Linux also
works.
Thanks for answers
Kind regards
Reinhold Roppert
