This doesn't really help us, this refers to software modems supported by
NetBSD. The problem with most ISDN modems is that they can connect to a RAS
card / server at 128K but cannot accept 128K dialups.

 	Take a look at sys/arch/i386/conf/GENERIC_ISDN, isic(4), iwic(4),
 	ifpci(4), ifritz(4) and iavc(4).
