hi,

  since a couple of days I cannot reach www.netbsd.org
and mail-index.netbsd.org (neither http nor ping, 
from 3 different locations connecting different ISPs
with different equipment in different setup)

  but I can reach www.de.netbsd.org, www.netbsd.de, ftp.netbsd.org, 
releng.netbsd.org  (an of course the rest[TM] of the Internet)

  now I wanted to give "Feedback on this site" by 
means of the link on www.de.netbsd.org but I can't
since the link points to <http://www.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/feedback.cgi>
which I can't reach...

  any suggestions on how to proceed?

NB: well, I sent an email to the admin & tech contact
WHOIS told me is in charge for netbsd.org...
