i *partly* agree. it is well known to use CC to get a mirrors' site.

BUT: what if apple.com is offline? do you go to http://www.apple.com/uk 
or http://www.apple.com/de...?

www.netbsd.org should be available 24/7/52/385/whatsoever... but it's
