i just wonder why there's no load-balancing... netbsd.org surely isn't 
accessed only a few times a day ;)

load-balaning doesn't mean buying a Nortel Shasta for lotsa money, it 
can be easily achieved by certain DNS settings; also, your second 
webserver has not to match the primary's power...
