Hello everybody,

I still have my NetBSD server and I really like it.
Now I would like to configure it to work like a
router. I mean I have a ADSL router that is the
default gateway to my network it´s IP is 192.163.9.1
(mask 255.255.255.240) and my server has the IP
192.163.9.9 (same mask) and it has another interface
that is 192.168.1.2 (mask 255.255.255.224) and other
computer that is connected with tis second interface
with the ip 192.168.1.3.
I use those commands sysctl -w
net.inet.ip.forwarding=1, route add -net 192.168.1.0
-netmask 255.255.255.224 192.163.9.9.
the server is still working fine, but the computer can
find other computers on internet but cannot ping them.
I mean if I ping www.google.com it recognizes it´s IP
but it can´t open www.google.com (cant ping, cant
trace route, etc...)
What can I do?
I know that I´m not doing well but I cant find
documentation on internet.

thank you,

Eduardo Campos
