Considering that all the other point-oh releases came out about six
months after their first announced date, we're ahead of plan, so far.

The main hold-up was that ipfilter was ugraded at the last minute,
and there are still a few perceived problems with it.  Ipfilter is
usable, but perhaps not "release quality" yet.  Everything else is
pretty much baked.
