Need some advice on what to use for spam and virusscanning.

Running a small site (5 domains / 120 users) with Postfix. No I need to 
extend the service to include spam and virus scans. What is an easy and good 
way to go as there are many contenders out there.

Was looking at SA, Amavis and ClamAV.

How do they intergrate in Postfix and how can they be delivered to the 
virtual maidirs .spam does that go automaticly with the virtual delivery 
agent that Im using currently?
