Hi!
After a fresh NetBSD 2.0_BETA install on my i386, at the 
first
boot startx was very fast and X came up in about three 
seconds, but at the second boot that command doesn't do 
anything for more than 3 minutes.
After that, it says 
"xauth: (argv):1:  bad display name "abc:0" in "list" 
command"
, then two other minutes of wait, then X start.
while I can start X immediately by typing xinit
I had this problem also on NetBSD 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 on the 
same
PC.
Anyone can help?
