Hi,

I want to confirm that whether NetBSD is compilance to following RFC 
numbers?

1) RFC896: Congestion Control in TCP/IP Networks (Nagle)
2) RFC3517: A conservative SACK based Loss Recovery Algorithm for TCP
3) RFC2414: Increasing TCPs Initial Window
