I've been trying to get a few (~80, so maybe more then a "few")
Kingston KNE100TX (Digital 21140-AF chipset) ethernet cards to work
under NetBSD. The install of NetBSD I'm using is the g4u boot cd
(http://www.feyrer.de/g4u/) if that helps zero in on any issues.
Anyway, the CD boots, it sees the card as tlp0, but I can't do anything
with it. ifconfig gives me the old "SIOCGIFFLAGS tlp0: Device not
configured".
The output at boot up is:
tlp0 at pci0 dev 17 function 0: DECchip 21140A Ehternet, pass 2.2
tlp0: unable to map device registers
The second line bothers me a bit.
Any ideas?
K
