If I remember well you are using dhclient to connect at boot time on rtk0.
So you should have something like dhclient="YES" in /etc/rc.conf and 
dhclient_flags="rtk0" ??
Try to use traceroute to see if you can access to your gateway (24.xx.208.45 i 
believe).
