hi again,I remember having done once or twice a tcpdump record while it did
happenand the output was silent.I'll post a fresh update of the dumped
stream as soon as it will f*ck upagain but/because today it seems to work

While in this state, can you run tcpdump -n -i ne2 and see what packets
are going in/out ?
pppoe control packets, as well as incoming traffic could be interesting.
